Michelle is now our group travel agent!!! She arranged a group trip for our travel group to the Jamaica, and we had a fantastic time! She took all the headaches out of our hands. She found a great resort that met our needs of a nice beach, music and great food, as well as all-inclusive. Our first experience with Michelle was extraordinary when it comes to getting all the details. She knows the various cruise lines and itineraries, particularly the Southern Caribbean itineraries and most of the excursions because she has personally done most of them. She’s good about answering questions honestly and follows through with your vacation experience all the way until you return home. She treats your money as if it is her own, even after we put our deposit down, when Royal has a Bogo sale, she switched our reservation to that promotion and saved us $75.00 and got us on-board credit..Whoo Hoo! I was skeptical about using a travel agent, especially one I’ve never met. I usually book my trips on Expedia, but since this was a family trip to Oahu I wanted to be able to make payments. Michelle was unbelievable! She was extremely knowledgeable about Hawaii and she patiently answered all of my questions. Her responses were always quickly and very informative. She definitely took into account my family’s budget and what we wanted to do in Hawaii. I’m very critical about customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to criticize if there was anything I wasn't happy with.
